Caring For and Wearing Your Jewellery
To help protect the durability and high-quality of your jewellery, remove your jewellery when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool.
Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery.
Avoid wearing your jewellery when using bleach, cleaning products and other chemicals.
Keep away from extreme temperatures and humidity
How to Store Your Jewellery
We highly recommend that you store your jewellery packaging provided or another suitably lined box or soft pouch.
Store your pieces of jewellery separately, so that they don't scratch each other or become tangled.
Cleaning Precious Metals
- To keep your jewellery looking its best and to remove the build-up of dirt and premature tarnish we recommend using polishing cloth for precious metal.
- A Silver cleaner can be used to clean Sterling Silver pieces but not for yellow gold, white gold or rose gold.
- Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching.
Cleaning Gemstones
- Many natural gemstones can be quite delicate, hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners should be avoided at all times.
- Clean your gemstones with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing.

How to Prevent Tarnishing
- All our Sterling Silver products are protected with an anti-tarnish solution to help prevent tarnish but this may eventually wear with time.
- Silver tarnishes rapidly when exposed to certain substances in our everyday lives so we recommend caring for, wearing and storing your jewellery as mentioned above.

All orders placed through our Online Store -www.nunihc.com, are processed and dispatched from our Bangkok studio therefore all purchases from outside Thailand qualify as international and may be subject to duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any additional charges, as Customs & Duty charges are controlled by the local government at the destination of import. Before shopping online with us, we ask for you to be aware of any additional importation fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. We cannot class your international orders as 'gifts' to bypass or reduce any customs fees. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
We will accept returns on eligible products; unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered or defective merchandise with their original tags attached and the original packaging included for a refund in the original form of payment or store credit, minus the cost of return shipping.
All returns must be initiated with us within 14 days of the day you received the product and shipped to us within 7 days of receiving a return label. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging and labels attached. No returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.
NOTE: Custom products, made to order products, and personal care products are not eligible for returns.
To start the process of your return, please reach out to us through our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Our office hours are Mon-Fri 10am-5pm (GMT+7). Please ensure that you have kept all receipts and original packaging. Returns may be subject to inspection before your refund can be issued.
An order can only be cancelled with 48hrs after the order has been placed.
Items may be returned for store credit up to 14 days from recorded delivery date by the courier or the day the items were picked up from our store or the Nunihc Studio.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it gets approved, your refund will be processed, and a in-store credit note will be sent to you.
Items Purchases in Store
Items that were purchased can only be returned in store and all the same return policy terms and conditions apply.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged Items
We do our best to make sure your order arrives promptly and in good condition. However, occasionally, damages can unfortunately occur during transit while in the care of a third party. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours to avoid any unnecessary complexity dealing with delivery insurance and return freight and to ensure that returns can be processed at no cost to you. If the packaging is damaged on arrival, please note that signing for delivery. If no mention is made of external damage, we cannot be responsible for any product damage and will not accept a return or issue a refund. If the contents of your order are damaged, please do not discard any of the original packaging. Take photos of any visible damage and please reach out to us through our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or issue a refund or replacement in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with product instructions.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us and we will provide you with the shipping details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping, duties and custom fees for returning your item. Shipping, duties and customs fees costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit or a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and sending that information to us so we can assist in making sure things run smoothly and you receive your product refund. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds are issued once the product is received and will be made in the original form of payment, excluding original and return shipping costs. Credit card refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
Customer service hours are Monday - Friday 10am – 5pm (GMT+7). Please allow us up to 24 hours for us to respond.
Exchanges
All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us, the items you're returning, your order number and the item you'd like in exchange. Domestic exchange costs can only be covered once. We cannot cover return or exchange shipping costs for international orders.
Items that have been used are ineligible for exchange or return. Damaged or worn item, we can either have it shipped back to you and uou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping, duties and custom fees for returning your item, or you may forfeit the refund/exchange.
Refund
All sale items are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for all incorrect purchases or change of mind once the items has been used or worn. Please follow the care instructions as outlined in product description as we are unable to accept claims on fabrics which have been laundered incorrectly. Sample sale purchases are not eligible for return or exchange. We cannot offer discounts retroactively, and discounts cannot be combined.
In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong item or you find that your item is faulty, we will replace the item at no charge or if we are unable to do this due to the product being unavailable we will refund both the item cost and the shipping fee (if applicable).
All claims on faulty items must be made within 14 days after receiving the product with the proof of the receiving date & proof of purchase must be provided. To make a claim please reach out to us through our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order.
Lost or stolen packages
We can ensure your purchase during transit until it is marked as delivered. From there, we suggest contacting the shipping carrier for support. Orders marked as delivered may not be refunded or replaced.
If your package is lost in transit, please email us and we will help to find the package or take other steps on a case-by-case basis.
If an item is returned to us because of an incomplete/incorrect address and it needs to be reshipped, we charge the actual fee, according to where you are reshipping fee for domestic orders, and for international orders. Please ship your item to a safe and reliable location.
Damaged merchandise
In the event of a damaged or defective item, please email us within 24 hours, with your order number and an attached image of the damage. Replacements, store credit, or refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
